Zuleta, our internationally recognized Ecuadorian hacienda and eco-lodge produces eleven types of natural, wax-rinded semi-aged cheese. The milk for this Ecuadorian cheese is supplied by our farm's herd and supplemented by milk from cows owned by the Zuleta community. From milk to production, it all happens in our hacienda. These Ecuadorian cheeses have been in the market since 1995 and have won several recognitions internationally.
