Hacienda Zuleta just passed the 2009 re-evaluation for the Smart Voyager certification. We were able to raise our score from 81% to 92% and we will be busy working on the remaining part. The goal is to score 100% next year! We have to say, that working on the Smart Voyager has really helped us organizing our business in a better way, applying best practice on all levels.
